TASTING NOTES:
Alb de Purcari – A sensual, slightly velvety experience that seduces your senses like a first love.
With a beautiful light golden color, the wine has a complex aroma of sweet fruits, with an aftertaste of fine honey notes with spices. The full fruity taste is balanced with ample but delicate accents of oak. The acidity is well defined and extends the remarkable aftertaste.
VINIFICATION
Grape varieties: 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Grigio, 5% Pinot Blanc
Made from grapes harvested and selected by hand, produced using traditional methods. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrique.
FOOD PAIRING
Semi-ripened cheese with crust; fillet of cod with asparagus and hollandaise sauce.

The fruity taste is refreshing, pleasant, well balanced with acidity, showing harmonious shades and a lasting aftertaste.
