Description Aligoté is representative for the vineyard, having a yellow greenish colour and rarely straw-yellow. It is best at its youngest, thanks to its fresh, clean and refreshing notes. It is a long time since Aligoté wines from Sarica Niculițel Vineyard have come into prominence and are now internationally known.
