Description
A well-structured wine, rich in flavours, with slight tastes of dark cherries, blueberries or oak, with a perfect balance between composition and acidity, the Cabernet produced in Macin area delights and impresses the consumer from the first time, through its unique quality.
It is tipical, well composed, with strong tannins well integrated in the composition and with a very good ageing potential.
Food Pairing
It can be associated with red meat dishes (beef, pork, lamb) or sharp cheeses.
Recommended serving temperature: 15-18 ° C.

Description

Newly planted vineyards are the result of fruitful collaboration with renowned vine nurseries in Italy and France. Latest technologies available were applied from plantation and establishment of the vineyards until grapes processing. Final result – marvellous quality Romanian wine.
