Vinification
For the first time in Romania, Tămâioasă Românească was vinified in a dry style, using a unique ultrasonic maceration technology. The grapes used to produce this wine come from a vine that is over 68 years old.
Tasting notes
The wine has a beautiful light straw yellow color and an aromatic bouquet of tropical fruits and elderberry. The balanced taste with notes of summer fruits and green basil is complemented by a pleasant acidity that completes the persistent aftertaste.
Food pairing
Ideal to pair with spicy dishes from Asian cuisine, chicken meat or aged cheeses with blue mold.
