DETAILS: Rhum finish has matured for over three years in a 200L select bourbon barrels made of white American oak, then this delicious, sweet whisky was transferred to 200L American Oak Rhum Agricole barrels previously containing XO Rhum for a further 12 months. These barrels were previously filled with XO Rhum using only sugar cane from a famous Martinique Island Rhum Distillery nestled at the foot of Peleé located on the French Caribbean Island of Martinique.

DETAILS: Bottled at 46% abv and non-chill filtered to retain maximum flavour this expression of Carpathian Single Malt has spicy notes of cinnamon with a sweet candy taste ending in a long complex finish on the palate with its deep copper colour obtained by finishing in a 500L Portuguese Tawny Port cask, hand selected by our Master Distiller. Again, this expression was previously matured in a 53-gallon 1st fill American white oak ex -Kentucky bourbon barrels.

DETAILS: This Single Malt was finished in 200 l oak barrels that had previously rested specific Greek wine, Vradiano. Vradiano is a wine that influences whisky with its balanced vanilla notes. Previously, it benefited from a first maturation for three years, in American white oak ex-Kentucky bourbon barrels, at the first filling, capacity 53 gallons.
