CLIMATE AND SOILS:

Moderate continental climate with sunshine duration of more than 3000 hours during the year and more than 110 sunny days. No freezing temperatures and frosts in spring. The comparatively high temperatures during the year and the suitable forest and sandy-clay soils are very beneficial for the red wine grape varieties.

TASTING:

Rose with quartz color and shine and fresh and lively flavor. Explosive and complex blend of fresh berries, citrus, pink grapefruit and shades of gunpowder. Wine with spectacular attack and pronounced minerality taste, accompanied by a long-lasting finish.

Angel’s Estate Stallion Rose ( 50% Cabernet Sauvignon; 35% Grenache; 15% Syrah )

Hand picking and sorting of grapes, as well as picking through the destemmed grapes to select out the best. Direct inert pressing of whole destemmed grapes up to 1, 2 Bar. Cold enzyme clarification and fermentation with pure culture wine yeasts. Batches coupage, clarification and stabilization.
