Fetească Neagră small batch finish matured for over three years in 200L select bourbon barrels made of white American oak sourced from our partners cooperage based in Kentucky, then this delicious whisky was transferred to Fetească Neagră red wine barrels were its spent one-year finishing in various sizes of European toasted oak sourced freshly from our own winery.

Carpathian Single Malt
Somewhere deep in the Subcarpathian hills, along narrow paths embracing the riverbanks, where immense ancestral forests meet green grassy plains, a family distills and perfects the art of maturation to skillfully produce Carpathian Single Malt.
Our malted barley is 100% produced in Romania, together with the pure water from the Subcarpathian hills. Our single malt whisky is distilled using the traditional Scottish method of double distillation, then matured in Kentucky Bourbon barrels and finished in wine and cognac casks. All these characteristics give Carpathian Single Malt whisky an exceptional and unique character.
