Having spent its initial years in a charred first fill ex-Kentucky bourbon cask of white American Oak this whisky was then transferred to a toasted European Oak red wine cask previously holding a Romanian Fetească Neagră wine sourced from our own winery.

Description
Carpathian Single Malt
Somewhere deep in the Subcarpathian hills, along narrow paths embracing the riverbanks, where immense ancestral forests meet green grassy plains, a family distills and perfects the art of maturation to skillfully produce Carpathian Single Malt.
Our malted barley is 100% produced in Romania, together with the pure water from the Subcarpathian hills. Our single malt whisky is distilled using the traditional Scottish method of double distillation, then matured in Kentucky Bourbon barrels and finished in wine and cognac casks. All these characteristics give Carpathian Single Malt whisky an exceptional and unique character.

Our Returns Policy
We will provide a full refund for any wines that are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us at your convenience. We will, of course, reimburse any charges you incur on provision of receipts.
