Rhum finish has matured for over three years in a 200L select bourbon barrels made of white American oak, then this delicious, sweet whisky was transferred to 200L American Oak Rhum Agricole barrels previously containing XO Rhum for a further 12 months. These barrels were previously filled with XO Rhum using only sugar cane from a famous Martinique Island Rhum Distillery nestled at the foot of Peleé located on the French Caribbean Island of Martinique.

Carpathian Single Malt
Somewhere deep in the Subcarpathian hills, along narrow paths embracing the riverbanks, where immense ancestral forests meet green grassy plains, a family distills and perfects the art of maturation to skillfully produce Carpathian Single Malt.
Our malted barley is 100% produced in Romania, together with the pure water from the Subcarpathian hills. Our single malt whisky is distilled using the traditional Scottish method of double distillation, then matured in Kentucky Bourbon barrels and finished in wine and cognac casks. All these characteristics give Carpathian Single Malt whisky an exceptional and unique character.
