Château Purcari brings through a creative fantasy, the Cuvée de Purcari sparkling wine, produced by using the classic method of fermentation. This Cuvee was created from the best harvest of 2016. The varieties in this blend are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which give it extra elegance and finesse, and Pinot Blanc witch adds to it minerality. The word that characterizes this Cuvee is ELEGANCE.ÂVINIFICATION
Long maturing in the bottle for 18 months gives it a sparkling, persistent and fine pearling. Over the years, Cuvee de Purcari will continue to get older and will become more valuable and precious.
Grande Cuvee de Purcari may be instantly enjoyed, or could be stored in the wine cellar to be admired over the years.Made from grapes harvested and selected by hand, produced using traditional methods.

"The Parents" of Viorica are two red grape varieties - Seibel and Aleatico. Paradoxically the result of crossing was a white grape variety. Certainly, Viorica de Purcari is a noble class jewel. WINE TASTING: Viorica wine is made entirely from Viorica grapes, harvested manually and vinified by the traditional method. The white wine Viorica de Purcari is a sensory explosion: it has the aroma of acacia and basil flowers, it is fresh, easy and memorable. The golden color, with bright amber shades, is complemented wonderfully with its balanced and velvety taste and the fine taste of muscatel.
