Vinification particularities
A blend between Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris, this wine was given a lot of attention in order to achieve the perfect balance The name is derived from blending its flavors, similar to smoke from the barrel wood oak the wine was aged. Fume has become one of the most popular wines of Budureasca not only because of international competitions won, but its originality.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow color, complex nose with peaches and apricots flavors, with a touch of vanilla and smoked wood. The whole set is well balanced with good intensity in taste and long aftertaste.
