Vinohora Collection – a limited edition of Purcari wines, meets the indigenous varieties of Moldova and international classic varieties.
The white wine blend is a Moldovan-French dance (“hora”) that combines authenticity and elegance of Feteasca Albă with the strength and opulence of a classic Chardonnay.
Vinohora in White invites you to a dazzling dance with fresh notes of lime, pear, and anise flowers, which gradually reveals the delicate taste of jasmine, praline, and coconut.

ORIGIN:
The wine is prepared from grapes of Sauvignon Blanc and Feteascã Albã, varieties coming from Cotesti region, Vrancea - Romania, the seventh largest country producer of grapes in the world.
WINE MAKING PROCESS:
Our Vines are organically cultivated without the certification, without chemical fertilization. Grapes are harvested at maturity during night to avoid oxidation, destemmed and gently pressed. 50% of the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at controlled temperature of 14-16°C and kept on lees for 4-6 months to retain freshness and fruitness. 50% of wine is fermented and matured Sur Lie in oak barrels with bâttonage for more complexity and oaky aromas. Wine is filtered and bottled in a sterile environment.
TASTING:
Yellow in color with complex aromas of exotic fruits completed by delicate notes of sweet spices. Intense taste, balanced with a crispy acidity and a persistent, creamy aftertaste. This Fume should be appreciated for his originality. It is reccommended to be served at the temperature of 10-12°C accompanied by duck confit, Caesar salad, goat cheese pasta and creamy risotto.

Krakhuna is Imeretian grape variety, from which strong and full bodied wines are produced with ripe fruit and honey aromas. It is an ideal combination of strong character and pleasure. Our Krakhuna is perfect also for ageing, becoming much deeper and remarkable with years.WINE MAKING PROCESS:
We pick the selected grapes at 18-21% of sugariness and 7.5-8 titratable acidity. After removing the stem and de-pressing, we move the juice to the cleansing reservoir, keeping it there for 15-18 hours. Then, the clear juice is removed from the sediment and moved into fermentation reservoirs. We add the pure culture yeast.
